Can I legally sell a fake designer purse on e-bay?

I got a fake designer purse a few months ago and I don’t really want it. Can I legally sell it if I state that it’s fake?

    Yes, all you have to do is mention that it is a "replica" or "fake".

    I think you should e mail the people from e bay first just to be safe.

    No – you can’t sell fake bags on ebay – even if you say they are fake. They will take it down if someone reports it being fake – they will also take it down if you have the word fake in the decription anywhere.
